Can I check in additional baggage after I have checked in online?
Yes. Even if you have checked in online, you still need to go to the baggage counter or the self-service bag drop area to check in your baggage. Please arrive earlier than the counter closing time to ensure your baggage is accepted on time.
Can I bring baggage with special shapes (golf clubs, musical instruments, etc.)?
Yes, but you need to:
- Notify the airline in advance (via hotline or at the check-in counter).
- Some special baggage items must be properly packed and may incur extra charges depending on size/weight.
If I forget something at the airport, where can I contact?
If you forget an item or cannot find your checked baggage on the carousel, you should:

If I check in online, do I need to go to the check-in counter?
