ONBOARDING

"Smooth take-off – Begin your journey to the fullest."

After completing security checks and other necessary procedures, passengers will move to the departure gate area to board the plane. Boarding at Long Thanh International Airport can be done through the traditional process or via the modern automated gate system, which saves time and enhances the passenger experience.

When it’s time to board, airline staff will invite passengers to board in groups, usually in the following order:

  • Priority group: business class, frequent flyer members, passengers requiring special assistance
  • Groups based on seat numbers or zones

Passengers will need to present:

  • Boarding pass (paper or electronic)
  • Passport (for international flights)
  • Additional confirmations if required (visa, health check documents, etc.)
  • Carry-on baggage may be re-checked at the gate, especially for international flights or destinations with strict regulations
