It is important to notify the airline of your assistance needs at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. The best option is to request the service when booking your ticket. Otherwise, service provision may be delayed.

When should I register for special assistance services?

Is there a fee for PRM support services?

Basic support services for PRM passengers are completely free at the airport. However, some specialized services, such as special lifts or medical assistance, may require prior booking and could incur additional costs.

Can I request a wheelchair at the airport?

Yes, you can request a free wheelchair at the airport. Please visit the Information Desk or your airline’s check-in counter for immediate assistance.

Do pregnant women need special documentation?

Pregnant women from 32 weeks onwards need a valid medical certificate issued within 7 days to receive optimal support. Please notify the airline when booking your ticket.

Can support staff speak English?

Yes, PRM support staff at Long Thanh Airport are trained to communicate in both Vietnamese and English, ensuring the best assistance for international passengers.
